Directions
- Heat 1 tsp. oil in a skillet and and fry 2 cloves of minced garlic until golden brown. Set aside.
- Heat remaining oil, stir in remaining garlic, onion and ginger and fry the beef until cooked through. Set aside.

- Add the soba noodles and boil for 4 minutes.
