Directions
- Set instapot to saute. Add olive oil. Seperate pulled pork from bone while waiting for it to reach temp.
- Set several small peices of pork in instapot to brown for 2-3 minutes, then repeat after flipping.
- Add remaining pork, barbeque sauce, and water to instapot. Set to pressure cook for 90 minutes.
- Allow natural release (~20 minutes).
- While waiting on natural release, rinse rice and put it in rice cooker with water. When rice is done, serve with pulled pork.
