- Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and cilantro in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Slice chicken breasts lengthwise into two even pieces and pound to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch.
- Place chicken cutlets into a large resealable bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are completely coated. Marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Preheat over to 375°F.
