  1. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, beef, garlic, allspice, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 12 small patties or 4-5 larger ones. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for serving.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet. Fry patties for 3-4 minutes per side (smaller) or 6 minutes per side (larger) until desired doneness is reached.
