Directions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a medium bowl.
  2. Marinate shrimp in half of the mixture for 15 minutes to 8-12 hours in the refrigerator. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
  3. Steam broccoli for 4-5 minutes until tender. Rinse under cool water and set aside.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated shrimp for 45 seconds on one side, then flip and add remaining marinade. Cook until shrimp is done, about 1 minute more.
  5. Serve shrimp with sauce, garnished with green onion, alongside brown rice and broccoli.
