Directions
- Prepare rice as per package directions; set aside.
- Start by chopping the carrots, celery, cilantro and green onion very finely.
- Open 2 cans of tuna and drain. Add the chopped vegetables and tuna to a bowl and mix very well. Make sure the tuna is completely broken apart.
- Add in 1 cup of cooked white rice.
- Mix these ingredients very well.
- Add in Sweet Thai Chili and Hoison sauce and mix to coat all ingredients.
- Optional Note: Hoison sauce does add a nice flavour and adds to the authentic taste of the wrap; however, it’s very strong. I used only 1 tsp. I suggest not using any more than 1 tbsp (if you really like the taste).
- Take about 1/2 cup and place on a tortilla. Wrap it up and heat in the microwave for about 40 seconds or in a toaster oven until light golden brown
