Directions

  1. Combine ingredients for Peanut Sauce in a small bowl until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add in the beef strips and cook for a few minutes, until browned.
  3. Add the snow peas, carrot, broccoli, onion, ginger and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
