Directions
- Place the cream cheese and butter, cut into small pieces, in a mixing bowl and let them soften at room temperature for 30–60 minutes.
- Wash the strawberries, remove the green parts, and mash them with a fork or blend for a smooth texture.
- Mix the mashed strawberries with the stevia and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the strawberry mixture to the softened butter and cream cheese, and mix using a hand whisk or food processor until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into small silicone muffin or candy molds and freeze for about 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, unmold the fat bombs and store them in a container in the freezer.
