Ingredients
Maple syrups

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F. Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets, then slice each so one side is flat. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes on the center rack, then flip and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, whisk together the soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the cornstarch and water until the cornstarch is fully dissolved. Slowly whisk this mixture into the saucepan once it boils. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened.
- Once the cauliflower is done roasting, pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
