Ingredients
Luncheon meat, pork with ham, minced, canned, includes Spam (Hormel)
½ oz 1 NLEA serving or 14g
Cheddar cheese

Directions
- Using a sharp knife, or a cheese cutting board, slice SPAM as thin as you can get it. Slice one or two slices, as preferred.
- Heat a frying pan to medium-high, and spray with a spritz of PAM. When pan is hot, place SPAM slices in pan. Cook until crisp.
- While the SPAM is cooking, fill a cup with warm water. Crack the egg and put in the water. Microwave for 1 minute, or to desired firmness.
- Toast two slices of wheat bread, and slice 1 oz cheese on the cheese board, or deli slice.
- Assemble and enjoy.
