Directions

  1. Cook edamame in a pot of boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking. Drain again.
  2. Puree the edamame, tofu, lemon juice, wasabi, lemon zest, and salt in a food processor.
