- Heat oven to 350. Slice sausage, dice onion and bell pepper. Layer in a pan, and put in over for 10mins. Remove from oven, stir, and return to oven for another 10mins.
- Slice okra. Drain canned diced tomatoes. Add okra and tomatoes to pan and sauté until slime from okra is gone.
- Add tomato paste, sausage, bell pepper, and onion mix. Add chicken broth. Mix well, then cover and simmer until liquid is reduced.
- Add shrimp. Cook until pink.
- Make a pot of rice.
- Add mixture over rice and serve.
