- Drain and rinse can of black beans. Add entire can to Slowcooker or Crockpot.
- Pour in enough Salsa to cover ingredients (about 8oz)
- Set on low and let cook for approximately 6 hours.
- After chicken is cooked through pull apart with fork and serve.
- Optional: for frozen breast allow for 2 additional hours of cooking, add an avocado or cheese to up the calories/fat content, use any kind of salsa you want (I like Pace Hot Salsa the best)
