Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice the celery. In a stock pot, combine the undrained tomatoes, celery, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add the fish fillets to the pot. Reduce the heat and cook for 5-10 minutes, or 10-15 minutes if using frozen fillets, until the fish is opaque and flaky. Optionally, thin the mixture with water.
