  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and place the salmon on a baking tray. Squeeze over the juice of half a lemon, and add the spring onions, garlic, pepper, and mushrooms. Cover with foil and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
