- Preheat the oven broiler to high.
- Heat olive oil over high heat in an ovenproof 10-inch skillet, then add the sausage and mushrooms. Sauté until the sausage is cooked through and the mushrooms are soft and their moisture has evaporated.
- Turn the heat down to medium. Add the tomatoes and sauté for a few seconds, then pour in the eggs and sprinkle with basil and oregano.
- Stir quickly, then let cook undisturbed until the eggs begin to set. Sprinkle cheese on top and put the frittata under the broiler until the top is golden and the eggs are firm, about 3–5 minutes.
