  2. Bring to boil on a medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes
  3. Turn off heat, cover, and leave sit overnight
  4. In the morning all the milk and water should have been absorbed, leaving a yummy porridge. Heat and serve. Delicious with cinnamon and strawberries. Store leftovers in the fridge.
