  1. Ensure sunflower seed kernels are hulled and mince the garlic.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water, bulgur, and soy sauce to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and set aside for 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  3. Grind cashews and sunflower seeds in a food processor to a fine meal.
  4. Mix the cooked bulgur, ground nuts, eggs, chili powder, garlic, and hot sauce in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
