Directions
- Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan and add 1/2 finely chopped small onion, green chilly, green peas (about 15 pieces), carrot and sweet corns (about 15 pieces) in it.
- Add pinch of red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt to taste.
- Saute on medium flame for about 3-4 minutes till onion turns medium brown.
- Take a bowl and add 300ml water in it and add Maggi Vegetable Atta Noodles Taste Maker in it. Now start the flame on Medium Flame and add Maggi Vegetable Atta Noodles and coriander in it.
- Cook noodles till its half done (about 2 minutes) and add cooked vegetables in it.
- Cook it for 2 more minutes till Maggi Veg Atta Noodles are ready. Serve noodles hot in a bowl.
