Directions
- Cook bacon in a nonstick pan. Remove bacon and reserve drippings.
- Chop chicken into cubes and cook in batches in the bacon drippings. Set chicken aside.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Defrost spinach according to package directions and drain off as much liquid as possible. Set aside.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and spices and mix thoroughly in a large bowl.
- In the bowl combine the cream cheese mixture you just made with the chicken, spinach, parmesan cheese, and 1/2 the crumble bacon and mix well. Dump into a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bacon on top. Bake until hot about 35 minutes.
