Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grate the cauliflower and place it in a glass bowl. Microwave until soft, about 6-10 minutes. Add cream cheese and bouillon, then mix with an electric mixer. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef with bouillon, stirring often to break up the pieces. When nearly cooked, add the chopped onion. Combine with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese in a baking dish, mix thoroughly, and press evenly into the bottom.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly over the meat layer. Bake until the top is lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
