Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain and return to skillet.
  2. Add spices, salt and pepper to taste, and tomato paste to skillet. Mix well and add cheddar cheese. Let melt then transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Cover the bottom of your skillet with cooked green beans and lightly salt.
  4. Pour meat mixture over green beans and top with shreds of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Turn on your broiler and place skillet in the oven. Broil until cheese melts. Remember to remove with oven mitts. Enjoy!
