Ingredients
- Cheddar cheese

Directions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through. Drain and return to skillet.
- Add spices, salt and pepper to taste, and tomato paste to skillet. Mix well and add cheddar cheese. Let melt then transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- Cover the bottom of your skillet with cooked green beans and lightly salt.
- Pour meat mixture over green beans and top with shreds of the mozzarella cheese.
- Turn on your broiler and place skillet in the oven. Broil until cheese melts. Remember to remove with oven mitts. Enjoy!
