  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped kale, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside to marinate.
  2. Warm the beans and minced garlic with a couple of tablespoons of water in a small saucepan over medium-low heat or in a microwave-safe bowl. If using the stove, sauté the garlic in a drizzle of olive oil before adding the beans. Mash the beans slightly and add salt to taste.
  3. Warm the tortilla in a skillet or microwave. Top with the black bean mixture, sliced avocado, marinated kale, and crumbled feta.
  4. Roll up the burrito by folding the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and continue rolling. Place seam side down on a plate. Slice in half if desired and serve.
