Cornstarch

Rice wine vinegar

Honey
½ cup or 170g
Directions
- Spray instant pot from inside with cooking spray.
- Place chicken into the instant pot.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ginger, pepper, garlic, onion, rice vinegar and honey. Pour over the chicken.
- Seal pot with lid and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Release pressure using quick release method then open the lid.
- Remove chicken from pot and using forks to shred the chicken.
- Whisk together cornstarch and water to pour into the pot.
- Set pot on Sauté mode and stir until sauce is thickened.
- Return shredded chicken into the pot, stir well and serve.
