Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Halve the spaghetti squash lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes. Place cut side down in a baking dish, add a little water, and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until tender. Let cool for 10 minutes, then use a fork to scrape the flesh into strands.
- While the squash is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion and garlic for about 4 minutes.
