- Preheat the broiler to high and position the oven rack in the middle. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Spray both sides of the mushroom caps with olive oil cooking spray. Season with ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, ⅛ teaspoon pepper, and ¼ teaspoon garlic powder. Broil for 5 minutes on each side, until just tender.
