Directions

  1. In a large sauce pot, add all the tomato basil sauce ingredients to the pot, mix together over medium high heat, and then simmer on low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In another large pot, cook the gluten-free farfalle occording to package directions, drain, add the pasta back into the pot.
  3. Add the homemade sauce directly to the pasta and mix to coat.
  4. Serve with additional chopped basil, if desired.
