  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and lightly browned. Remove from pan. Increase heat to high and add the Brussels sprouts. Cook until browned and crispy. Stir in the garlic and cayenne. Reduce heat to medium and add the roasted peppers. Stir the shrimp back in, season with salt and pepper and serve topped with the bacon.
