Directions
- Place water, cornmeal and salt in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and cover. Let simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
- Mix together coconut milk, flour, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg together.
- Mix into cornmeal. Cook for about 5 minutes to thicken. Stir in the condensed milk and sweeten to taste.
- Serve in a cereal bowl while still hot.
