  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise for tartar sauce, pickle relish, parsley, capers, lemon juice, sugar, and salt. Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Spread the breadcrumbs on a tray, spray with oil, and bake for 3-5 minutes until golden. Transfer to a bowl.
  4. Prepare a baking tray by cleaning and spraying it with oil.
  5. Cut the fish fillets into pieces slightly larger than the buns. In a bowl, mix the egg, mayonnaise for batter, mustard, flour, salt, and pepper.
