  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375 F.
  2. Add the milk, water, oil and salt to a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
  3. Remove from heat at once when the mixture boils, then add the tapioca flour and garlic, stirring well until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the eggs and grated cheese to the tapioca mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Scoop ¼ cup of the mixture at a time onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
