- Place bacon in a cold skillet. Cook over low or medium-low heat until edges curl. Flip and continue cooking until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Slice avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop out half of the flesh from each half and transfer to a bowl.
- Mash the avocado in the bowl. Stir in grape tomatoes, lettuce, lime juice, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Chop the cooled bacon and add to the avocado mixture.
