Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Season chicken breasts to taste with salt and pepper and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Drizzle the bottom of a large baking dish with olive oil. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the dish, leaving about 1/2" of space between each.
