Ingredients

  1. Cook to prepare 1 cup of brown rice.
  2. Chop the 4 ounces of Atlantic salmon into ½ inchcubes. Rinse and chop 1 cup of Romaine lettuce into bite-size. Chop 50 grmas of cucumbers. Finely chop 80 grams of white onions and 6/8 tablespoon of scallions. Slice and scoop one half of the onion. Extract the avocado and slice into cubes.
  3. Place the brown rice first and add all the chopped ingredients on top. Pour ¾ tbsp of Wafu Sesame Japanese. Dressing on the poke bowl. Season with sesame seeds .
