- Cook to prepare 1 cup of brown rice.
- Chop the 4 ounces of Atlantic salmon into ½ inchcubes. Rinse and chop 1 cup of Romaine lettuce into bite-size. Chop 50 grmas of cucumbers. Finely chop 80 grams of white onions and 6/8 tablespoon of scallions. Slice and scoop one half of the onion. Extract the avocado and slice into cubes.
- Place the brown rice first and add all the chopped ingredients on top. Pour ¾ tbsp of Wafu Sesame Japanese. Dressing on the poke bowl. Season with sesame seeds .
