Directions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until cooked through. Remove from pan, then cook chopped chicken until cooked. Set aside.
  2. Combine quark, flour, oatmeal, olive oil and salt. Combine into a dough and knead briefly. Roll out and place in a pie pan.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour into the prepared crust.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into 8 slices.
