- Preheat Oven/Toaster Oven to 400 degrees and line a baking dish with parchment paper or aluminium foil
- Sauté onions in butter (or cooking fat, ghee, etc) until Translucent then allow to cool
- Mix meat, Spices, Onions, until evenly distributed
- Divide into 6 ( depending on amount of meat) equal parts and roll into balls
- Poke a hole in the center of each meat-ball
- Place meat-bagels into dish, spaced evenly
- Bake ~40 Minutes or until an internal temp of 160
- Allow to cool then split bagels and serve or refridgerate for later.
