  1. 1.) Put the rice/quinoa in the same pot and add 1 cup of water. Cook in rice cooker 2.) Put the chicken in a pan and pour the chicken broth in. Bring to a boil. Once boiled, lower the heat, cover and let simmer until all the water is gone. Let it simmer while you steam the veggies. 3.) Steam the carrots and beets together. 4.) Steam the broccoli and shiitake. 5.) Steam the kale. 6.) Throw the liquid aminos, tahini, sesame oil, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, lemon and lime juice, salt into a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and add water to get a consistency of your choice.
