Directions
- Tear endive into 2" pieces to equal 4 cups. Finely chop the shallots to equal 2 tsp.
- Put watercress and frise in a large serving bowl.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, shallot, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper in a small bowl.
