Directions

  1. Coat your most effective non-stick pan with some butter and heat to medium.
  2. Once butter has melted toss in the diced onions and tomatoes, sauté until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the quorn sausages.
  4. When sausages are browning turn heat to lowest setting and toss in the 6 beaten eggs. Cook until the eggs are mostly set.
  5. Put in the cheese and continue scrambling until eggs are entirely cooked through to your desired doneness.
  6. Move to a plate and enjoy!
