- Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add quorn ckik'n tenders and sauté for about 14 minutes; set aside.
- Dice the avocados, and toss with 1 tbsp of the lime juice.
- Slice the 1/4 cup green onion.
- Finely chop the 1/2 cup cilantro.
- Mix 2 tbsp mayonnaise and remaining 1 tbsp lime juice to make the dressing.
- Put the 2 cups of quorn ckik'n tenders pieces in a mixing bowl, add the sliced green onions and dressing. Mix well.
- Add the avocado, mix and combine.
- Add the chopped cilantro and mix again until it's just barely combined. Serve right away or chill.
- Note: This could be served inside pita bread or sandwich bread.
