  1. Preheat grill to high flame
  2. In a large bowl, mix the beef mince, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper & paprika with your hands. Then form a patty the same circumference as the brioche bun
  3. Add patty to a foiled tray and grill each side for 8-10 minutes
  4. Add spinach & ketchup to the bun. Then add the burger & grated cheese. Serve
