Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, soy sauce, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat and pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan.
  3. Once the layer has set, roll it to one side of the pan.
  4. Pour another thin layer of the mixture into the pan and roll it to the opposite side once it has set.
  5. Repeat this process until all the egg mixture is used.
