  1. In a bowl combine water, ketchup, soy sauce, stevia, crushed pepper, ground ginger and set aside. chop veggies.
  2. Heat oil in skillet, add garlic and green onions, cook and then add chopped veggies. then add shrimp.
  3. Add sauce mix to shrimp and cook til bubbly and thick.
