- Peel and slice carrot, clean and slice mushrooms, and chop celery, broccoli, and onions.
- Add 1" water to a pot, place steamer basket above water level, and add carrots, celery, and broccoli. Boil water to steam the veggies until tender (3-7 minutes as you prefer). Remove steamer basket from heat.
- Meanwhile, add oil to a small skillet and heat over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for a few minutes until translucent. Add mushrooms and sauté until softened and slightly browned. Turn off heat.
- Divide veggies among plates and serve with your favorite Asian noodles or rice. Enjoy!
