Ingredients

  1. Peel and slice carrot, clean and slice mushrooms, and chop celery, broccoli, and onions.
  2. Add 1" water to a pot, place steamer basket above water level, and add carrots, celery, and broccoli. Boil water to steam the veggies until tender (3-7 minutes as you prefer). Remove steamer basket from heat.
  3. Meanwhile, add oil to a small skillet and heat over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for a few minutes until translucent. Add mushrooms and sauté until softened and slightly browned. Turn off heat.
  4. Divide veggies among plates and serve with your favorite Asian noodles or rice. Enjoy!
