Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta as per package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Fry onion and leek in a sauté pan with oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes or until onion is tender.
  3. Then add the mince meat and the garlic and fry until the mince is cooked through and no longer pink.
  4. Add the tomato purée and the stock. Be careful with the liquid, you don't want it to runny.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 25 minutes on a low heat.
  6. Stir the cooked pasta in to reheat for about 5-10 minutes and serve.
