Directions

  1. Wash and soak the dal till ready to use.
  2. Chop all the veggies
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and add the cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, onions, green chilly, turmeric and some salt.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes and add the tomatoes and the soaked dals.
  5. Add water and let it pressure cook for 5-8 minutes on high pressure.
  6. Quick release the pressure and add the spinach, cilantro, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Adjust water and salt as per you liking
