  2. Heat skillet over meat high heat. Add bacon and cook until crisp.
  3. Add the garlic and jalapeno to the skillet and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the collards in batches until wilted. Pour in vingear and continue to cook 5-10 minutes until soft. Season with salt.
