Ingredients

  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add oil and saute onion and garlic.
  2. Add rice and stir occasionally until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat to low before adding tomato sauce, to avoid it splashing.
  4. Immediately, Add 2 Cups Of Water And Spices. Cover And Simmer Over Medium Low Heat For About 30 Minutes.
  5. Heat up 1/4 cup water in microwave. Add chicken bullion and dissolve. Once completely dissolve, add it to rice and stir in well. Cover and continue to simmer.
  6. Watch Occasionally To Make Sure The Rice Is Not Drying Up. If It Seems Too Dry, Lower Heat And Add A Bit Of Water.
  7. Check rice to see if it's done after 30 minutes, by tasting it. The grain should be nice and soft.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
