- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add oil and saute onion and garlic.
- Add rice and stir occasionally until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to low before adding tomato sauce, to avoid it splashing.
- Immediately, Add 2 Cups Of Water And Spices. Cover And Simmer Over Medium Low Heat For About 30 Minutes.
- Heat up 1/4 cup water in microwave. Add chicken bullion and dissolve. Once completely dissolve, add it to rice and stir in well. Cover and continue to simmer.
- Watch Occasionally To Make Sure The Rice Is Not Drying Up. If It Seems Too Dry, Lower Heat And Add A Bit Of Water.
- Check rice to see if it's done after 30 minutes, by tasting it. The grain should be nice and soft.
