Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat in a non-stick skillet until browned throughout. Drain. Prepare pasta as per package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl mix together the browned meat, pasta sauce, onions, sour cream, and pasta. Mix together well. Pour into a casserole dish and top with mozzarella.
  4. Cover pan with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5-10 minutes until cheese is browned. Enjoy!
