  2. add little little water as soya is pure protein it would be hard dough so keep adding little little water to make it soft, till you got dough of normal.
  3. consistency make a small roti with dough stuff mashed potatoes added with little salt green chillies use wheat flour for dusting to make paratha put it on hot tawa and use ghee or oil as per your choice to make paratha
